What will be collected?
Cranston TMO provide a bulky waste service for items that are too large to go in bin bags with your normal refuse. This includes:
- unusable furniture
- large appliances like televisions, fridges and washing machines
- mattresses.
When will my items be picked up?
Bulky waste is collected Monday to Friday apart from on public holidays and weekends.
Leaving items for collection
Please place your items outside your block by the communal bin chambers by 12 noon Monday to Friday only, whereby your cleaners will remove bulk items to storage unit daily
What will NOT be collected as bulky waste?
- Building or DIY waste including tiles, carpet, rubble and fencing
- Sacks of refuse
These will be collected as part of your regular household refuse collection.
- Garden waste
- Hazardous waste

- Any waste from landlords, tradesmen or businesses

For Disabled people or older people, please call the TMO office on 0207 684 6873 were we will get your cleaners to remove your items for you
Furniture in good condition
If you have unwanted furniture in a reusable condition, please contact the TMO office on 0207 684 6873. Your furniture will be collected and then given to residents on low incomes.
